All keys are custom-made using software decoding, technical interpretation, and precision cutting processes.

By using our service, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle, OR
- You have proper authorization from the owner
You must provide valid and accurate documents for verification.

- All orders are subject to mandatory document verification
- Required documents may include:
- Registration Certificate (RC)
- Government-issued ID
- Driving License
keycopy.in reserves the right to:
- Request additional documents
- Reject or cancel any order if verification fails or documents are unclear

The customer is fully responsible for:
- Providing accurate key photo / key code
- Submitting clear and valid documents
- Ensuring all information provided is true and correct
keycopy.in will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect or unclear inputs.

- Orders are processed only after:
- Successful document verification
- Full payment
- Once processed, the key is manufactured and dispatched

- Prices are based on key type / model
- Full payment is required before processing
- Prices may change without prior notice
🔹 8. Delivery
- We provide delivery across India
- Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location
- keycopy.in is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics
🔹 9. Accuracy Disclaimer
- Key accuracy depends on the quality of:
- Uploaded key photo
- Provided key code
- Customers must follow the “How to Take Photo” guidelines
🔹 10. Limitation of Liability
keycopy.in shall not be held responsible for:
- Improper functioning due to faulty, worn-out, or damaged vehicle locks
- Incorrect results caused by wrong or unclear customer input
- Issues arising from third-party or previously made keys used as reference
- Courier delays or external service issues

- All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to those terms
